Production time after ordering is around 2/3 weeks, depending on the model and quantities chosen. If we have the model in stock, you place your order normally and we will send it as soon as possible. After it is dispatched, you will receive a notification from the carrier with the tracking code of your order, which should be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.

NOTE: Our resale network in Portugal is already quite saturated, as we work with geographical exclusivity in small towns (with the exception of Porto and Lisbon). Our principle is not to mass-market and we do not intend to create "door-to-door" competition, so all requests are carefully analyzed to ensure that existing resellers feel comfortable. In some cities, if resellers are located at opposite ends or in very distinct commercial areas, as well as if the types of stores are different from the existing ones in the segment they target (e.g. florist VS decoration store) or clothing store VS party supply store), we can analyze case by case, as no city is the same as another and it would be unfair to apply the same rule to all of them.
