General Conditions of MINERAL Organic Crafts
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the MINERAL Organic Crafts store, under the responsibility of CLÁUDIA CRISTINA FERNANDES VAZ GOMES, a legal entity with NIF 229762646, with headquarters at postal code 4410-432, Arcozelo - Vila Nova de Gaia, and whose studio is located at Rua Central, 1057. 4505-254 Fiães - Santa Maria da Feira, will be governed.
The service of MINERAL Organic Crafts consists of the provision and supply of a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, to whom the status of client is attributed, to order and buy online, the products presented therein.
By using MINERAL Organic Crafts, it implies full acceptance and agreement of all parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access MINERAL Organic Crafts.

MINERAL Organic Crafts cannot be held responsible for the eventual undue use of such products.

After payment is completed, MINERAL Organic Crafts will proceed with a standard verification, so that the order can be processed and shipped. The client will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions at MINERAL Organic Crafts:
Product Availability
All products and/or services available at MINERAL Organic Crafts can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as in products by order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified at MINERAL Organic Crafts.
In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, MINERAL Organic Crafts undertakes to contact the client, by telephone or e-mail, as quickly as possible in order to expedite the process with them.
Fees and Taxes
At MINERAL Organic Crafts, the prices presented are in euros, with the due VAT rates and taxes applied in accordance with current law, which are already included in the presented price.
Order Cancellation
The client may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. It is requested that you inform MINERAL Organic Crafts through the following e-mail contact: store@mineral.pt.
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the client may choose to refuse to accept it. MINERAL Organic Crafts is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
MINERAL Organic Crafts reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or client misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond MINERAL Organic Crafts.
Free Resolution
The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the client wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so via email store@mineral.pt or by filling out the contact form available at MINERAL Organic Crafts.
When withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the client must return any offers that accompany the main product. MINERAL Organic Crafts must refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the client in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the client does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24/2014.
Complaints
The client may submit a complaint regarding any matter, act, information or service provided concerning MINERAL Organic Crafts through the e-mail contact store@mineral.pt or through the electronic complaints book available via the link: {link para o livro de reclamações}.
Disclaimer
By creating and using the account at MINERAL Organic Crafts, the client is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and for all activity originating from their account.
By creating the user account and placing orders, the client expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
MINERAL Organic Crafts is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
MINERAL Organic Crafts is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen event in the delivery of orders.
