MINERAL Founder was a Speaker at Women in Tech Summit 2024

This year, International Children's Day was extra special! I was invited by @witportugal to spend this very special day in the company of incredible and inspiring people, and I also had the privilege of being a speaker on the "Ask the CEO" panel - Business in the Digital World. Being able to share my modest experience as a brand founder and manager with such an attentive and dynamic audience was a great honour and responsibility. Sharing the stage with people like @monicacccs from @funfashion.pt, with @adelaidenunesofficial_vd from @vanilladynasty_hospedeiras and with @catarina_speixoto from @forbespt makes me believe that I am on the right path and that, in fact, building a solid brand is much more than making good products/services (which is not easy in itself), but, above all, about what is not visible and what makes the customer experience memorable to the point of being unforgettable. A whole concept built with knowledge, a lot of work, resilience, continuous training, dedication, passion, daring, courage, love, versatility... and which is reflected in the construction of magnetic brands and inspiring communities.
All the professionals who participated in the panels over the two days, with whom I had the opportunity to share the title of "speaker", have truly fascinating journeys and make me proud of the path and growth that @mineral_organic.crafts has achieved in 4 years.
